clearAvenue is honored and delighted to support the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Information Management (IRM) on the IT Service Management Support contract. clearAvenue will provide the full software engineering lifecycle support for IT Service Management Projects to meet the needs of the numerous customers within the Department of State. In providing this support, clearAvenue is seeking to standardize, harmonize, and enhance mission-delivery capabilities in the IT service areas.

clearAvenue has successfully delivered a Data Warehouse to identify, report and remediate fraud. clearAvenue has successfully integrated a variety of data sources to create a data analytics platform for entity fraud analytics. Entity Fraud is defined as fraudulent entities (shell companies) which operate and perform transactions with the intent of masking their true identity. clearAvenue successfully utilized Microsoft as well as other reporting tools to configure, build, and operate the warehouse.

John Frazier joins clearAvenue as the VP of Business Development. John is an experienced leader and has held leadership positions at Bowhead and has captured and led large initiatives in the Department of Transportation, the Pentagon, the Social Security Administration and others. John Frazier is an expert on IT Service Management, ITIL and related service design and service delivery architectures.
