CMMI is a process improvement approach that was developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. It is an indicator of the software and system development methodologies used to guide a project, a division, or an entire organization. CMMI Maturity levels rate the maturity level of a software development process, a team or an organization.
At maturity level 2, software development processes are appraised as repeatable, and supportive of producing repeatable results across various development projects. Adoption of CMMI models, appraisal methods, and training courses has been proven to improve process performance. clearAvenue's software development processes in conjunction with ITIL and PMBOK best practices promote excellence in solution delivery.
