The 8(a) STARS II contract will provide customer agencies with IT services and IT services-based solutions from 8(a) certified firms on a global basis. 8(a) STARS II
promotes the use of performance-based contracting and accommodates task orders with the following contract terms: fixed-price (FP) (all in FAR 16.2), time-and materials
(T&M) (per FAR 16.6), and labor-hour (LH) (per FAR 16.6).
We work with a number of partners and participate as prime as well as subcontract in federal procurements. We also have many contract vehicles such as GSA Schedule,
and GWAC contracts.
